Propositions submitted for the Federation A.G.M 2022 by the Cleethorpes Imperial F.C

That we apply to the local Region under RPRA Rule 128 to change the Federation race route to North Road Route in 2023

This Organisation shall be called The Lincolnshire South Road Federation of Racing Pigeon Societies. All Clubs affiliated to this Federation shall be governed by the rules of the Royal Pigeon Racing Association. Members Clubs must have their Headquarters and Loft Location North of Grid Line 52-57N and be situated in Lincolnshire.

Delete rule 1 and replace with, This Organisation shall be called The Lincolnshire Federation of Racing Pigeon Societies. 11). No Clubs shall be allowed to be a member of the Federation for the purpose of flying in Continental Races only

Delete rule 11 and replace with, No Clubs shall be allowed to be a member of the Federation for the purpose of flying in None English Races only,

22). The Officials mentioned thereafter shall have authority, if and when they consider it necessary, to request all Clubs to nominate beforehand the number of birds to be sent to overseas races: President, Chairman, Vice Chairman, Secretary, Transport Manager, all ex-officio.

Delete rule 23b and replace with Longest None English Race the maximum birds per crate to be 18

28). All Inland Races shall close at 10-30pm on the day of liberation.

Delete rule 28 and replace with. All English Races shall close at 10-30pm on the day of liberation.

29). All Overseas Races shall close when the velocity falls below 440yds per minute.

30). Hours of darkness for Cross Channel Races shall be 10-30pm to 4-30am.

37 In the event of cancellation to Channel Racing the original Inland Race Programme as voted in at the Delegates Meeting, held for this purpose will be adhered to. Delegates will, wherever possible nominate the substitute Inland Race Points to be used as channel race points. If a substitute is required at short notice, it will be decided by the Emergency Committee

In the event that the Federation turns north all trophies will need to be re allocated. Where possible trophies should re allocated to the corresponding races that are picked. ( this not a rule so that it can be dealt with informally.)
