Propositions By Clubs For 2023
Clee Imp & Bradley Propose the Feds name is changed to The Lincolnshire Federation of racing Pigeons
Voting was 49 For 8 Against CARRIED
Clee Imp & Bradley Propose that the fed change the route to north Voting was 49 For 8 Against CARRIED
These have been put into allow the fed to contact the RPRA rule 128 & 128b to allow a change.
Clee Imp & Bradley Propose Delete rule 1 and replace with. This organisation shall be called the Lincolnshire Federation of Racing pigeons Association. Members clubs must have their headquarters and loft location north of grid line 52-57N and situated in Lincolnshire. Votes 59FOR 4AGAINST CARRIED
Clee Imp & Bradley Propose Delete rule 11 and replace with. No clubs shall be allowed to be a member of the Federation for the purpose of flying in none English races only. Votes 57FOR 5 AGAINST CARRIED.
Clee Imp & Bradley Propose Delete rule 22 and replace with The officials mentioned thereafter shall have the authority, if and when they consider it necessary, to request to nominate before hand the number of birds to be sent to none English races. President, Chairman, Vice Chairman, Secretary, Transport Manager all ex -officio. Votes 59 FOR 4 AGAINST CARRIED.
AT THIS POINT SECRETARY ASKED CLUBS WAS THERE VOTING ON ALL CLEE IMP & BRADLEY PROPOSITIONS WAS THE SAME,IF SO CAN WE VOTE THEM EN BLOCK CARRIED. There was another 5 props all regarding rule changes these will all be altered in rule book.
Due to all Clee Imps & Bradley props being carried Grimsby West Marsh withdrew there propositions.
Bradley & Clee Imp Propose Delete rule 21 in its entirety. Votes 38FOR 22 AGAINST CARRIED.
Bradley & Clee Imp Propose rule 5 Delete the words two from each section votes 44 FOR 19 AGAINST CARRIED.
Bradley & Clee Imp Propose rule 9 Delete £25 and replace with £30. Votes 33FOR 24 AGAINST CARRIED.
Bradley Propose rule 9 part 1 Delete the sentence each section see rule 20 will compete for its own prize money based upon the number of birds sent. Votes 43 FOR 20 AGAINST CARRIED.
Bradley & Clee Imp Propose rule15 Delete the sentence. The first fifteen birds in each section will be published and prize cards awarded, and the first fifteen birds in the combined sections will receive additional prize cards and replace with. The first 30 birds will be published and awarded prize cards.
Votes 43 FOR 20 AGAINST CARRIED.
Bradley & Clee Imp Propose rule 20 Delete, replace with. Birds in federation competition races shall be nominated through their respective clubs. Votes 45 FOR 16 AGAINST CARRIED.
Bradley Propose rule 34 Delete all. Votes 10 FOR 49 AGAINST DEFEATED.
